Housekeeping Team Job Description – Summer

Wildernest, a high-end bespoke glamping company, is looking for proactive individuals to be part of their housekeeping team this Summer. Let’s just say you love styling and have high attention to detail! Housekeeping is an extremely important role as this is what makes the Glamping Village look polished and inviting for guests - either at a wedding, corporate event or festival.

The housekeeping role involves furnishing the bell tents, making the beds up, sheets etc. vacuuming the carpets and generally making those final touches to the tent to make them look beautiful and inviting. You will also be required to dress and make the powder room look fabulous, plus adding all of the final touches to any lounge or dining areas. This job is usually tailored more towards those who have a natural flare for finer detail.

Setting up entails long days in all weather conditions and quite often you will be required to withstand hot days inside the tents making beds and getting the tents ready for the guests.

You must be totally committed for the Summer which means anywhere from 25hrs – 50hrs per week through from November until March.
