Wildernest specialise in the creation of pop-up boutique accommodation, custom-made eateries, bars and parties.

In 2011 Hayden & Anita started their exciting NZ owned business adventure with Wildernest, their ambition to create magical experiences using New Zealand's nature as their backdrop.   After their first event, a festival, they came out with rave reviews, which quickly led the pair into creating heavenly & luxurious campsites for private holidays, weddings and crafting spectacular pop up hotels for the corporate market.   Now almost 7 years later the couple not only create luxurious glamping getaways, they have handcrafted a large selection of reclaimed wood furniture for hire plus they specialise in creating pop up eateries and bars for events.  Not to mention you can now purchase your own Wildernest Bell Tent.  After 7 years of experiencing all types of NZ weather, the pair have perfected the Bell Tent for NZ weather conditions, in which they are so confident with they are happy to put their name to it.  To meet Hayden and Anita take a look at their creations in their videos here and their portfolio of work here.

From conception to completion and with no detail spared, Wildernest will plan and create your experience set amongst New Zealand’s most stunning scenery.

We accommodate festival guests in a custom-planned ‘Glamping’ village, or create a perfectly styled pop-up hotel and party for your wedding, craft an unforgettable team-building getaway for your colleagues and clients, or deliver an exceptionally luscious private holiday for you and your dream date - the experienced team at Wildernest will forge the perfect event tailored to your individual needs.
