The client approached us looking for a bespoke luxury camping experience for a media launch to host international journalists from the motoring sector from USA and European markets. The journalists would arrive after a day spent 4WD’ing in Otago’s high country. Location was split over two separate sites: one night in Lindis Pass and one night on Mt Aspiring Station. Repeated twice over a two week period for different groups coming through. The sleeping arrangements were a combination of single and twin share tent suites, making a total of 17 tents in each location. The brief also included managing the catering, dining and lounge spaces.
